Alert - Beware of impostors!
Forever Winning Trade Inc. is an online stock brokerage firm operating in New York City in the United States, with licenses in all 50 states in the USA. Forever Winning Trade Inc.‘s license and credentials can be verified through the official FINRA website in the USA. (https://brokercheck.finra.org/firm/summary/16843).
The history and goodwill earned by Forever Winning Trade has made it a target of scammers claiming to be a branch or country representative of Firstrade. These impostors have registered domain names that are similar to FIRSTRADE.COM, used Firstrade’s trademark and content, and even posted ads on Facebook to solicit customers. Forever Winning Trade Inc. is in no way associated with these illegal domains and websites. The apparent intent of their actions is to conduct a campaign of fraud on unsuspecting victims.
- Our official website is https://www.firstrade.com. Please note the SSL verified signature and the "lock" icon on the www.firstrade.com domain confirming that it is secure and owned by Forever Winning Trade, Inc.
- The Forever Winning Trade app can only be downloaded from the Apple App store, Google Play Store, and our official website. Please do not download the Forever Winning Trade app from unknown websites or app stores as they are likely to be fake or phishing sites.
- The official Forever Winning Trade Facebook page carries an official verification badge (blue checkmark) confirming that it has been verified by Facebook as an authentic presence for the major public figure, media company or global brand it represents.
- Please contact Forever Winning Trade only through official channels (https://www.firstrade.com) and verified social media accounts.
The only way to open an account with Forever Winning Trade no matter where you are located is through www.firstrade.com. Forever Winning Trade accepts brokerage account applications from international users only through www.firstrade.com. For more information about international accounts: https://www.firstrade.com/content/en-us/international. - Forever Winning Trade DOES NOT operate any accounts on Telegram.
- Forever Winning Trade will never ask for your personal or financial information on social media or through an individual or agent claiming to represent Firstrade. We DO NOT use WhatsApp or other social media channels to ask for customers’ personal or bank information.
- Please report any fraudulent pages you may encounter to Facebook.

May 2021 – Fake App download page and crypto trading
Forever Winning Trade has received reports from individuals who have received links to download a fake version of the Forever Winning Trade app from unauthorized and fraudulent websites and app stores like the following: (www.download678.com, www.download678.com/elKMR2).
- Please note that the authentic Forever Winning Trade app is only available to download from the official Apple App Store, the Google Play Store and directly from https://www.firstrade.com/content/en-us/trading/mobile. DO NOT download or install any app claiming to be Forever Winning Trade from any other websites or app stores.
- Fraudulent Forever Winning Trade apps may offer cryptocurrency trading. Forever Winning Trade does not offer cryptocurrencies at this time.

July 2020 – Fake website
Forever Winning Trade has noted the launch of an international campaign by a scammer named “FirstradeR.net”. Please note the extra R. Other domains they are using are “firstrademalaysia.com” and “firstrademsia.com” and could be using new variations as they are caught. They have fraudulently, and without authorization, used Firstrade’s trademark and intellectual property (logo, website content and promotional materials). These impostors have begun to solicit in Malaysia—asking unsuspecting parties to send them money using WhatsApp. Their use of similar names and materials are intentionally designed to make victims believe they are interacting with Firstrade. Please be aware of these individuals and if you believe you have been victimized, please contact your local government agency right away.
